1. Q: What's about the minimum order quantity?
A: The MOQ is 20GP, customer can mix different products in one 20GP. We suggest 40HQ,as by our exporting experience, 40HQ container sea freight is more economic.
2. Q: Terms of payment
A: 30% TT deposit, 70% against copy of B/L within 7 days.
3. Q:We will need this glass to pass annealing and thermal shock test, will that be doable?When do you think we could have test results for these items?
A: Sure, we can do the tests.The tests are generally done by BUREAU VERITAS (BV), and take about 7 days to get the results.
4. Q: Could you provide samples for free?
A: Yes, samples can be provided free of charge.
5. What's the production time?
A: Generally, it takes about 30 to 40 days.
